I was a part of Team Sunbeam close to a decade. And now a proud member of a growing family of Dreamers and Doers… Yes, a part of the Sunbeam Family. I stepped into it as an accident graduating fresh from college, and the rest is history. Every day was more of a learning process than teaching. The sparkle in the eyes of young kids and their rainbow of dreams rubs into you… From middle school teaching to Higher Secondary and then into Management, you’re groomed and trained into professionals. From Team Players to Team Leaders to Team Builders… The school grooms every one of the faculty to evolve as Leaders. To show the path; To lead the way. Building confidence is key. The administration has been transparent, giving due credit to work and merit. Building each other and never leaving anyone behind. Not one. The motto of the school and the school song still remains a beacon of light. To me, Rajee Ma’am and Hari Sir are Teachers. Always. They remain an Inspiration. believe to every kid and faculty out there. Treading Life’s difficult and impossible ways have been easier. Taking Life Head-on; I could vouch.. I learnt it there at Sunbeam. I am one among the millions they have motivated. I would remain ever grateful to Ma’am to have believed in me and made me a public speaker. I speak on every special occasion at my current place of work. I am brimming with pride every time I reminisce my school days as a faculty at Sunbeam. Every time I talk about Sunbeam, I always say to my friends… I wish I were a Student there. That wish still remains as I turned a Parent Now. And my own kid at school. I wonder what a student feels like when she thinks about school… Here are thoughts and words borrowed from a student. Catching up on dreams… Being a leader. A never fading dream for every parent and student. So, what does it take to make students – “the leaders of future “??, with huge transformation and social changes being a hurdle not only for students but every individual in our fast-paced and ever-changing modern world. In our school we not only educate minds but also the heart of every student to excel in every chosen field, they get along with and support one another towards a common goal. So, what makes sunbeam exceptional? What made our passed out students stand out as a leader in every aspect of life? How do we succeed in creating leaders of the future?? While most of the educational institutes see education as one big Darwinian competition, we see it differently. It’s not an environment of competition – instead, co-operation is the norm – A collaboration of Students, Parents, Management, faculty and the intellectual community at large. In short, we speak the language of children, families and community it serves. World-class infrastructure and eco-friendly environment Mother nature’s hug sure do make a huge difference in our campus. The minds are brimming with positivity and the senses behold the beauty of the campus. Beauty never fades. And to decorate the mind we one of the largest libraries. And a sound body is nurtured through the promotion of sports and games. Responsible citizens as they are! The world is always short of leaders. I can say, we make Leaders… Not followers. Words can never do justice for the schooling experience. And I still wish. I was a Student at Sunbeam.
