Hello, I’m Shaun Shibu William studying at Sunbeam CBSE School for the past 8 years. It has been a great and marvelous adventure. My journey with Sunbeam started when I joined my UKG and I’m proud to share about my school. Sunbeam has a plethora of charismatic features that elevates its status as the most enigmatic institution that distributes knowledge, discipline and strength to its wards. A celestial paradise of lush green foliage, blossoms and scents paves the path for a serene and enriched growth for each precious Sunbeamian in terms of physical and mental strength. The students learn the varieties of trees, shrubs, herbs and vines by experiencing them first-hand in the lap of nature. The gaggle of geese, chirping of finches, call of the cockatoos, the ruckus of the pigeons and the orchestra by the crickets enlivens everyone in a sprightly mood all day long. An auditorium befitting the stature of Sunbeam, accommodating 4000+ audience, where the Sunbeamians are exposed to a variety of competitions to explore and excel themselves as well as an avenue to get motivated by diverse, eminent faculty. Thiruvalluvar Hall is an air-conditioned, spacious and comfortable place where seminars, competitions and activities take place. The screening of inspirational and educational movies makes this an abode of the best theatrical experience for all. Giving a jump-start to the Sunbeamians on a trajectory to futuristic technology is our Robotics Lab and Virtual Reality Lab. Triumph of the Sunbeamians in the National Chapter of the FIRST LEGO League is a testimony of the perseverance, planning and execution of the Robotics team. A place where every beat of music accentuates joy in the rhythm of life is the Music Studio. An ambiance that triggers the scintillating aura to create musical masterpieces enthrals the budding musicians. The Art Room unleashes the creativity hidden inside our great artisans. Sunbeam creates an opportunity for every Sunbeamian to inquire about their skills and abilities in various arenas for healthy competitions and comradeship such as Sports & Games, Co-Curricular and extra-curricular activities. It also has provided a platform for students to test their abilities and physical prowess at District, State, National and International levels. We get coached by professionals in Cricket, Tennis, Shuttle Badminton, Table Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Throw Ball, including the latest Snooker and Archery. The Cultural extravaganza of Sunbeam – the Sunbeam Fest, is a popular fiesta as the students showcase their talents in Music, Dance and Theatre. The 35-acre mega campus boasts unhindered, efficient transit among our various blocks via caddie carts. The visitors, too, enjoy a campus tour in these. Clean and hygienic washrooms, well-maintained walkways, uninterrupted power supply, pure and portable RO purified water, and secure corridors are some of the special characteristics of Sunbeam that have eased the minds of parents and earned accolades from various organizations. The transport service of Sunbeam has been a model to many in and around Vellore District, covering even the remote and far-flung locations including Chittoor (Andhra Pradesh). I cannot conclude without mentioning the special asset of our school, our Teachers and Management who are responsible for making Sunbeam a special place for me. I’m proud to be a Sunbeamian!
